This number will be used for HOA SMS text notices from your community admin.
To enroll additional household members for SMS alerts, add them in the Family & Pets tab and enable SMS when adding their phone number.
Your registered email is always displayed to members in the directory.
Add spouses, partners, or other adults. First & last name recommended.
Birth year is never stored. Only month and day may optionally be shown.
Choose how your household accesses the pool gate. You can register a phone (using the Glenridge Pool mobile app), request an RFID key card, or use both. The pool admin must approve each method before it will open the gate.
Register your iPhone or Android phone. Once registered, use the Glenridge Pool app to tap the gate open.
An RFID key card opens the gate with a tap — no phone needed. Each family may request up to 2 key cards. Cards are registered at the pool entry gate — bring your card (or yourself) to the pool and a staff member will complete the registration.
⚠ Cards are not active until registered in person at the pool.
Add links to social profiles you'd like to share with neighbors.
Upload one household photo (JPG, PNG, WEBP — max 5MB). To replace it, delete the current photo first.
HOA admins may send community text alerts. By default, approved members with a valid phone number are enrolled.
You can enroll additional household members for SMS alerts by editing their phone number and enabling SMS in the Family & Pets tab.
When enabled, your profile is hidden from all directory listings. Your name and address will not appear.
When published, your profile (with your chosen visibility settings) is visible to all approved members. You can unpublish at any time.
Prohibited: commercial advertising, explicit content, harassment, or copyrighted material. The HOA board reserves the right to remove any content.

Phone-based gate access is provided through the Glenridge Pool mobile app. Tell us which phone you use so the admin can confirm your enrollment.
Note: Registering replaces any phone previously enrolled for this person.
Your phone has been registered. To open the pool gate from your phone, install the Glenridge Pool mobile app and sign in with your HOA account.
The HOA admin has been notified and will follow up by email with download instructions and any access details. You must be physically near the pool gate for the app to open it.
