To help everyone enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming pool season, please review the following rules and guidelines.
Pool Management Company
The Glenridge HOA Board of Directors has appointed Aqua Tech Pool Management Group to oversee daily pool operations, including:
Safety and cleanliness
Supervision of pool staff
Maintenance of order
Compliance with pool regulations
Aqua Tech staff and lifeguards are authorized to make on-site decisions regarding safety and rule enforcement. All instructions from pool staff must be followed immediately.
If you have concerns about a decision made by pool staff, you may contact the Glenridge HOA Board (admin@glenridgecommunity.com) after your visit.
Pool Hours & Closures
Normal Pool Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

The Glenridge HOA Board sets the official opening dates and operating hours each season. Pool hours will be posted.
No one may enter the pool area when the facility is closed or when no lifeguard is on duty.
The pool will close immediately for thunder, lightning, or any unsafe condition as determined by staff.
Aqua Tech staff will decide when it is safe to reopen.
Pool Access
Homeowners receive annual pool access once HOA dues and fees are paid in full.
Electronic pool access cards are required for entry.
Cards are activated before opening day and deactivated when the pool closes each season.
Children under age 10 must be accompanied by a responsible person. Lifeguards are not babysitters.
All swimmers should shower before entering the pool.
Staff may clear the pool or deck if health or safety conditions require it.
Anyone displaying symptoms that may affect others' health may be denied entry.
Smoking is prohibited within 50 feet of the fenced pool area.
Children not fully toilet trained, or anyone incontinent, must wear a swim diaper.
Glass containers or other breakable items are not allowed.
Lifeguards may schedule periodic pool breaks each hour.
Running, pushing, dunking, rough play, or unsafe behavior is prohibited.
Do not sit or hang on lane lines. Keep ladders clear.
Coast Guard-approved life jackets are permitted.
Expected Conduct
Proper swim attire is required.
Profanity, bullying, abusive language, towel snapping, spitting, excessive splashing, and roughhousing are not allowed.
Pool toys and flotation devices are allowed only with lifeguard approval and depending on pool capacity.
Food and drinks are allowed (no glass containers). Please clean up all trash.
Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted.
Animals are not allowed inside the pool area, except service animals.
The HOA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Unclaimed items may be discarded after 7 days.
Parents and guardians must supervise children at all times.
Wireless Internet
Free Wi-Fi is available for residents and guests. Please note:
The Wi-Fi password will be posted near the lifeguard station at the clubhouse.
Use is at your own risk.
No network is completely secure.
Glenridge HOA is not responsible for damages, losses, viruses, or harmful content resulting from use of the Wi-Fi service.
